About Barakah Voice
Barakah Voice was founded with a simple mission: to help Muslim men strengthen both their inner voice and their outer voice with faith at the centre.
In my own journey, I saw a recurring struggle: many of us especially Muslim men wrestle with confidence, communication and clarity. We know our values but expressing ourselves with strength at work, at home or in the community can be difficult.
That’s why I began training as a confidence and communication coach. I wanted to create a space where Muslim men can reflect, grow, and strengthen themselves without having to compromise their deen or identity.
My mission is to provide a safe, professional and faith aligned space where Muslim men can nurture the strengths Allah has already given them, remove self doubt, and build confidence in a way that feels authentic.

Amir has over 9 years of experience working in the corporate sector, where he saw firsthand how confidence and communication often make the difference between staying stuck and moving forward. Alongside his professional career, he has trained with leading experts in communication, personal development and coaching.
Amir combines his professional experience with structured coaching tools to help Muslim men strengthen both their inner voice (confidence and mindset) and their outer voice (communication and expression).
Passionate about supporting others to excel not just in their careers, but also in their personal and community lives, Amir founded Barakah Voice as a space for Muslim men to grow in confidence and clarity — while staying true to their deen.
